Purchasing

It is always a good idea to contact us before placing your order to verify that the item you wish to purchase is in stock. While we strive to keep the website concurrent with what we actually have in stock, there is always a slight possibility that we no longer have the item you wish to buy.

After placing your order though our website, you will be redirected to a secure server at 2Checkout.com, Inc.- an authorized retailer of Okinawan-style.com, to complete your purchase.

Payment can be made using the following credit/debit cards, if you opt to pay in US currency: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners.
For non-US currencies, payment options are limited to Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping

Okinawan-style welcomes international orders. We ship using Express Mail Service (EMS). Items are fully insured and must be signed for upon delivery. A tracking service is also available and a link will be e-mailed to you once the item has been posted. Delivery time depends on the destination country but typically it takes about a week.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the total weight and destination. After adding items to your cart and clicking 'checkout', the shipping calculator will become available to you.
Please be sure to choose the correct shipping destination to avoid delays with your order. If you are unsure which shipping zone to select, please contact us.

If your shipping address differs from your billing address, you will also need to provide this information. If no shipping address is given, we will send the order to your billing address.

Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with the goods you receive from us, however if something is not quite what you expected you may return it to us for a refund according to the following conditions:

  • you must contact us within five days of receiving the item
  • the item must be unused, complete with any tags and in exactly the same condition as when it was received
  • the purchaser is fully responsible for all shipping costs, which will not be refunded

If the goods you receive are in any way damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
